Acis delivers more new homes in Grimsby

Over 60 new homes have recently been delivered by a Lincolnshire based housing association.

Acis Group has completed work on 65 properties in the last two months across two new developments. Acis handed keys to new residents of their development in Grimsby during April and started the same process in North Hykeham near Lincoln in May.

The Grimsby scheme at Frederick Street and Elizabeth Mews has created 33 affordable homes and was constructed by Keigar Homes. The project features a mix of two and four bedroom houses, two bedroom bungalows, and one and two bedroom apartments. The North Hykeham scheme, built by Partner Construction, has seen 32 properties constructed on Minerva Way, just off Newark Road, with a range of two, three and four bedroom homes and two bedroom apartments.

Paul Wisher, New Business and Development Manager for Acis, said: "These developments highlight our commitment to growth and to the residents of the two areas. Both developments offer homes available for rent, as part of a shared ownership scheme where customers can part buy and part rent, and on a rent to buy basis where customers can rent now and buy later.
