Affordable housing work begins in South Killingholme
WORK has begun on 31 new homes in South Killingholme.
The £2.5-million project will see 22 two-bedroom houses and nine three-bedroom homes being built on land off Greengate Lane by December 2013.

The scheme is part of a development project by North Lincolnshire Homes (NLH), in partnership with the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) and Kier Living.
It is part of a wider £6-million Affordable Homes Programme, which will see a total of 100 new homes built in North Lincolnshire.

Martin Phillips, develop- ment manager at North Lincolnshire Homes, said: "This is a significant opportunity for us to deliver rural affordable homes in this part of North Lincolnshire.
