Three Amigos bridge generation gap with pensioners' nostalgia trip
THESE three cheeky chaps have helped to bridge the generation gap by sending 50 pensioners on a trip to North Yorkshire, full of war time nostalgia.
Lewis Dawes, Riece Robinson and Josh Lawton of Cleethorpes – aka Lifestyle group The Three Amigos – said they wanted to give something back to the elderly, after learning about the sacrifices they made during the Second World War.

To do so the 11-year-olds embarked on a gruelling 15-mile walk from Stallingborough Village Hall to the Humber Bridge, raising a staggering £600 to fund the trip to Eden Camp Museum in Malton.
As reported, the boys – who are all former pupils of William Barcroft Junior School – are taking part in the Humberside Police Lifestyle project over the school summer holidays and wore pink tutus and matching headbands for the walk.
Lewis said: "We wanted to give something back to the older people who fought for our country in the war.
""We are proving that kids do show appreciation to their elders."

“Well done lads. Your parents should be so proud of you and also of themselves for the way you have been brought up. I hope that everyone enjoyed themselves and perhaps the older generation can now see that not all youngsters are bad. In fact the majority are great.”
