Asda la vista to streets full of litter in Grimsby
KIND-HEARTED supermarket workers have been helping spruce up parts of Grimsby.
Staff from the Asda stores in Corporation Road and Holles Street have taken part in litter-picks, including at Grant Thorold Park.
Claire Tilby, community colleague for the Holles Street branch, said: "We asked the council which parts of the area needed a bit of TLC, so we're cleaning them up and trying to make as much of an impact as possible."
Store manager Gavin Mears said: "This area is somewhere our staff work in, but many of us live here too, so it was no surprise that lots of people wanted to help."
