LINCOLNSHIRE face a crucial third day in their tightly-poised Minor Counties Championship final against Dorset today.

The Imp County posted a total of 254 in their first innings in response to Dorset's opening 245 at Dean Park, the highlight being a century knock of 118 from Vikram Atri.

Disappointingly for Paul Cook's team, a middle order collapse restricted their runs total.

A 29 from Cleethorpes' Alex Osmond at number 10 was a highlight in the tail, however.

At stumps, the south westerners had scored six without loss and trailed by three runs with 10 wickets remaining.
