In the first of an Easter weekend double, Grimsby Town travel to County Durham to take on strugglers Darlington.

The hosts are suffering from the effects of a 10-point penalty for entering administration and are currently eleven points from safety with only six games left to play.

Meanwhile, the Mariners still have a slim chance of reaching the Blue Square Bet Premier play-offs and a win here is a must if those fading dreams are to have any chance of becoming a reality.

You can follow the action with our live and interactive coverage from 3pm.

“Agree with you all but the team has made huge strides under S&H this year. The fact that we're still mentioning the play offs with 4 games to go shows how far we have come. I for one never really expected the play-offs this year, just an improvement on the previous season and there is no hiding from the fact that we're still 4 or 5 players short of a squad which is capable of challenging for promotion. Ever since we dropped down i thought it would take a good five years to build a squad with a realistic chance of rejoining the football league, the fact that after 2 we are banging on the play-offs door is a positive thing. So don't slate the players for lack of effort, we just lack a little depth to make that extra difference. Next season should be even better, and i'll certainly be there! UTM”

“Is there something sinister about the continued omission of Hughes Mason ? ,every game we see opportunities for Soares and the inneffective Hearn to contribute but KHM is ignored .Are we all missing the point here”

“Even Livvo said on radio about the changes made for Grimsby in second half made no difference to the game at all.The players seem as though they have given up on the play-offs and can't wait for their holiday break to begin ..... so disappointing to us GTFC fans.Seems to have ruined it a bit for the Easter Monday game against Gateshead who won today and are up for a battle to the play-offs.Hearn off form again today but no Hughes-Mason played .... WHY!! Massive respect and big well done to our away supporters!!”

“The Managers have worryingly failed to inspire the team since the York defeat and their tactics and team selections recently have been poor.

Very depressing drive home on the A1.

Very disappointing, especially with the teams around us slipping up and Town allegedly 'going for it' in the final games....
Its again empty rhetoric from the Managers.”

“Leaving Darlington and yet another missed opportunity, second half was a shambles, no idea and poor energy levels.... And the managers harp on about our superior fitness levels...rubbish! The substitutions lacked any ambition and were predictable...we needed pace again and chose to leave Hughes-Mason on the bench.......clueless.....
Simply not good enough from the management to the 14 players used..... Not impressed.”
