STRIKE: Members of the Cleethorpes Bowling League hand over £953 for this year's Big Red Heart Appeal.
Earlier this year, the Telegraph had a meeting with campaign fundraisers and agreed it would be its official campaign for at least the next year.
And tomorrow – in the run up to Valentine's Day – we will be giving full details of how you can help, plus some real-life stories of those that have already been saved at the unit at the Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital.
Make sure you pick up a copy of the paper to find out all of the details and see a heart-warming picture of our special launch, which melted the snow at Blundell Park during the recent icy blast.
The Telegraph has a history of successful fundraising campaigns, inspired by dedicated volunteers and made possible by the generosity of our readers.
As everybody is well aware, our Pink Rose campaign saw more than £250,000 raised for the breast cancer unit at the hospital, which is now the best in Britain.

Members of the Cleethorpes Bowling League hand over £953 for the appeal.
Chairman of the appeal, Barry Howells, said: "The Pink Rose Appeal was set up in late 2006 to raise £250,000 for the local breast care unit.
"The Grimsby Telegraph was massively supportive from the inception.
"Within six months, the money was raised and by the end of 2007, all referrals to the unit were able to be seen within two weeks.
"This was the major objective of the appeal and is now a Government target that all breast care units need to achieve.
"I am in no doubt that without the Telegraph, we would still be trying to raise the money."
A similar campaign last year saw more than £150,000 raised to provide essential beds and equipment to aid bowel cancer patients.
Don't miss the official launch tomorrow.
