Bygones: Nunsthorpe Class of '53 and Friends will reunite
THIS year's Nunsthorpe Class of '53 and Friends annual reunion will take place on Thursday, June 28, from 7.30pm at Cleethorpes Golf Club.
Roy Ellis, one of the organisers, said: "We are a group that attended Nunsthorpe School through the Second World War years and kept in touch through the full school reunions, which have now ceased, and latterly our Nunsthorpe Class of '53 and Friends.
"The teachers at the school have always attended both, when the full reunions were held (which were possibly the biggest school reunions in the area) and our class reunions which we still have each year."
