Bygones: Winghams go on parade

She said: "I thought Bygones readers would be interested in the photographs, which show the 'Winghams' boys at the Biggest Ever parade some years ago.

OH, BOYS: Wintringham Grammar School's float that took part in one of the Biggest Ever parades. Those pictured include Jack Betts, Andrew Davies and Jack Wells.

"Those pictured include Jack Betts and Andrew Davies, and two brothers who kept a tobacconists shop in Freeman Street.

"My late husband was Billy Wells, and his brother Jack is among them.
