As reported, he has not been in contact with any family members since March 6 and is not thought to have contacted any of his friends recently either, which is totally out of character.

It is not known what Mr Lee, 75, who lives in the Bargate area of Grimsby, was wearing. However, police say it is likely he has taken his blue Mercedes C220, registration KO04 HTP.

Humberside Police spokesperson James Cartwright said: "Mr Lee has been missing since early March now so it goes without saying that we are continuing to grow concerned.

"Our investigation into Mr Lee's disappearance is still ongoing and we are working closely with both family and friends in order to identify any areas he may have gone to.

"Again I would ask for anyone that knows where Mr Lee has gone to come forward and help us locate him."

Police are asking for Mr Lee or anyone who can help with his current whereabouts to come forward by calling Humberside Police on 0845 60 60 222 quoting log 217 of 16/03/11.

“Look in all long term lockups and garages.
If he wanted to leave and no one find him he would not have sold the car or taken it with him.
He could have put it in long term storage or shipped it to the USA or some other country.
I shipped a pick up truck to the USA, easy. It came in from Amsterdam and I picked it up at Hull, then it was shipped back when I moved back to the USA.
Anyone checked that with the local shipping ports?
    Was he religieos?
    Did he join a commune?
Is he taking money from any accounts?
If not what is he living on?
    Did he gamble?
Did he make a large donation to a commune or some charity before he left?
    The questions are endless.
The picture of the car at night does nothing for ayone except to say he was on that road at some time or other and so were hundreds of other people. It was taken some time before he went missing.
    Was he driving it?
Was it a road he normally used?
If not then that may be a lead or he may have just been going for a meal somewhere.
We need more information than, "He is missing"
    Has anyone offered a reward?
Are the police sure that no one in the family ( or a close friend) has the car in lock up and is protecting him?
Did he dump it in some deep pond somewhere before he left?
I need more information. Does anyone have any?
All the best to the family.”

“i think the sentence in the story "The image, taken some time ago and before his disappearance, is of the car" clearly answers your question shaun”
