Cadwell Park racing to end ‘winter blues’
HIGH speed action on both two and four wheels will get Cadwell Park’s 2013 season underway in style this month.
With powerful bikes and cars taking to the track, it’s the first opportunity this year for fans starved of motorsport to get a high-octane fix.

HIGH OCTANE: The spectacular Time Attack cars will excite the Easter Monday crowd at Cadwell Park.
The two-wheeled brigade kick-start the season, with Auto 66 racing at the circuit on March 23 and 24.
The Yorkshire-based club have nurtured the careers of many British champions, TT winners and world champions, including the legendary Barry Sheene.

Ten classes of motorcycles will contest the weekend’s races, from 50cc race bikes to lightweight specials and the bigger-capacity machinery in the club’s Formula Libre category.
There will also be races for the spectacular sidecars, which are sure to be entertaining around Cadwell Park’s many turns.
Just a few days later, the highly modified machinery of the Time Attack Series will bring plenty of tension to the track on Easter Monday.
Competitors race against the clock and the challenge of Cadwell’s twisting and undulating tarmac, one of the trickiest venues in the championship.
The event is as much about the cars as the drivers, with entrants aiming to build the most powerful engines and tune chassis to produce the fastest possible lap.
Time Attack isn’t just about raw horsepower, though, and the series is also aimed at newcomers to motorsport, many of whom will be making their competition debut.
Tickets to both events can be booked from just £10 in advance, with free entry for children aged 12 and under. For more information call 0843 453 9000 or visit www.cadwellpark.co.uk
