Campaigners help with Grimsby Big Tidy Up
TWO more Grimsby wards are much cleaner places after day three of the town's Big Tidy Up.
As reported, the scheme, which is being run in conjunction with Keep Britain Tidy's national initiative, was launched on the back of the Grimsby Telegraph's Grot Spots campaign with the aim of restoring pride in the town.

tidy trio: Grimsby In Bloom's Jacquie and Ernie Brown, centre and right, are joined by Ray Sutton, secretary of Park's Labour Party.
Clean-up operations are being carried in each of the town's eight wards over four weekends.
On Saturday, teams of volunteers, ward councillors, and community wardens tackled the litter blighting the Heneage and Park wards.
A total of 43 bags of litter were picked up between the wards, with 23 from Heneage and 20 from Park.
Ernie Brown, chairman of Grimsby In Bloom, praised the volunteers who got their hands dirty.
He said: "It is not just keeping it tidy for Grimsby In Bloom, it is keeping it tidy for everybody.
"There may not have been as many volunteers today because a lot of people were paying their respects to the soldiers.
"But with those that have turned up we have done well.
"In terms of the rubbish in the wards, they have been better than I thought."
