Carboot Comes To Freeman Street

“Please don't knock Freemo that much. I know it can be a bit freaky down there but if you know the shops, know what you want it's not that bad. It is walking distance for me and much more preferable than going to freshney place.”

“Why do you need a car boot to start at 6am, use common sense and start at 9am till 2pm, why get up early, you don't sell much till the doleies get out of bed anyway.”

“A bit of advice - hold it on a different day or move it to the afternoon. Once Oaklands car boot sale gets going, the turn-out will be very low. Whenever other locations in the same area of town have held car boot sales in the past they have always struggled to attract sellers once Oaklands has gotten underway.”
