LEE Cardy was the division one winner when 92 turned out for the May medal at Immingham Golf Club.

Cardy was first in the section for handicaps between nought and 14 when he carded 75-10=65.

In second place was Zane Pexman with 74-7=67 and in third Gary Tuck with 76-6-68.

In division two, for handicaps 15 -28, the winner with 89-23=66 was Patrick Gilboy.

Second place on countback with 87-18=69 was Colin Farrow from Andy Knowles with 85-16=69.

John Graves, Dave Hardy and Matty Neal were the winners with 81 points when 39 members played on captain's night in an am/am competition at Sandilands.

Second with 79 were Melvyn Brown, Derek Hammond and Roy Clow, while John Gibson, Alan Edwards and Ray Sylvester came third with 78.

Jamie Pittam got two twos on the 2nd and 10th holes.

The seniors played at Louth and lost 5-4. The winning pairings were Jack Taylor and Derek Hewett, Dennis Cooper and Pete Yorston, Mike Reynolds and Mick Yarnold and Tony Seward and Philip Knapton.

Some 32 seniors played in a Stableford competition when Joe Sansom won Division A with 35 points on countback from Alan Nock. Mike Bothamley was third with 33.

Dave Wright won Division B with 37 on countback from Stuart Gilson. Bob Johnson came third with 35.

The seniors played a Captain's Day breakfast competition in a Stableford format.

Division A was won by Mike Reynolds with 41, Richard Naylor came second with 40 and Dave Smith was third, 39.

Peter Leak won Division B with 39 on countback from Mike Yarnold. Peter Olsen came third with 38.

The winner of a nine-hole Stableford at The Manor, Laceby, was Averil Austin with 17 points on countback from Janet Loveday. Third, also on countback, was Mary Shaw.

The seniors played for the annual Dave Ash Memorial Shield competition when first was John Hampshire, net 64, second Bill Hide, net 65 and third Trevor Martin, net 68.
