Bygones: Charles and Basil organised outings
AFTER we published this photograph of Immingham engine drivers, Charles A Bell, of New Waltham, got in touch to identify two of the men pictured.
Charles told us: "One of the men is Basil Cumming and the other is Walt Lister.
