Chef returns to Cleethorpes restaurant
A TOUCH of sparkle will be on the menu at an award-nominated champagne bar in Cleethorpes.
Peter Storey, 23 is returning to his post as Head Chef at Fizz Champagne Bar, St Peter's Avenue after six months working for Ashbourne Hotel in North Killinghome.
Now Peter is looking forward to working on a new taste bud-tingling menu with owner, Sharon Haith.
Peter said: "There is always a lot of interest in Fizz Bar around Cleethorpes because it is so different.
"I definitely enjoyed working there.
"Sharon and I have a big passion for the restaurant, so when the opportunity to come back became available, I grabbed it.
"I ultimately knew I wanted to go back there and take the restaurant to the next step."
Exciting times are ahead for the restaurant, which was recently nominated in two categories in the Grimsby Telegraph's Restaurant of the Year competition.
