Chef to the stars caught on camera at Grimsby Institute
HE has cooked for the likes of Madonna and Elton John and recently helped catering staff at Piers Morgan's wedding – and now celebrity chef Franck Pontais has cooked-up a storm in Grimsby.
The UK Seafood Championship judge, met staff from the Grimsby Institute during the contest in previous years and decided the college would be the perfect place to film promotional footage for his new book – Terrines and Verrines.

Chef Franck Pontais, right, made use of the kitchen facilities at the Grimsby Institute Of Further And Higher Education where he filmed some short cookery videos for YouTube. Sampling some of the creations with him is hospitality tutor Paul Robinson.
As Franck hit the kitchen, full of praise for the institute's facilities, East Coast Media camera operators shot the footage for the clips, which will be posted on YouTube.
