Cyclist who died following crash near Market Rasen has been named by police

THE cyclist who died after suffering head injuries following a fall near Market Rasen has been named by police.

Christian Brown, 40, of Kirton-in-Lindsey, near Scunthorpe – who is believed to have been a member of the Lincsquad Cycling Club – died in Hull Royal Infirmary on Monday.

The accident is believed to have been caused by a pothole on the A631 at North Willingham.
