Tournament hosts Park Tigers awaited DSV in what was to be a tight final.
Neither team could make the breakthrough in normal time and the score still remained 0-0 after extra time, meaning that the tie would be decided by the lottery of a penalty shoot-out.
Noah Fleming and Kai Marshall both kept a cool head to slot their spot-kicks home.
The hero of the day was goalkeeper James Short, who saved four of the opponents' attempts to take the trophy.
Manager Lee Shakespeare said: "We had two teams in the tournament and both teams shone with a top-drawer passing game.
"After the tournament various managers asked where we had come from and commented on how well we play, which was nice to hear."
