SO Iain Duncan Smith says that CatZero works.

Well yes, tell us something that is not obvious!

If you invest time and money into young people, who are selected for having the right attitudes then the chances are you will get results.

It is a fantastic scheme and it is great to see that it has been so successful on the south bank.

But surely from a national perspective Mr Duncan Smith needs to think about putting the Government’s money where its mouth is.

Stop talking and start thinking about how the Government can start funding more of these initiatives on a national scale – or a least providing more help for those people who wish to deliver such projects.

Actions speak louder than words.
