Elsham
This pleasantly wooded and gently undulating parkland course with easy access from the A/M180 and the Humber Bridge presents a superb test of golf for the scratch golfer and high handicapper alike.
The overall quality of the course will be appreciated from the first tee. So too will the seclusion and tranquility of this rural setting, blessed as it is with wildlife in abundance.

Although steeped in tradition, Elsham is nonetheless very progressive, as witnessed by the introduction some years ago of a comprehensive, carefully managed, on-going tree planting programme. The existing vegetation is being further enhanced by even more oak, chestnut, Scots pine, beech, silver birch and gorse.
Elsham has over the last five years seen continuous improvements to the course, achieved by busy winter programmes.
Thirteen tees and all but three ladies tees have been levelled and returfed and a further nine bunkers have been refurbished and reshaped during the last winter.
Fourteen greens have new irrigation around them and new sprinklers and the refurbished tees have had new irrigation installed.
A verti-drainer has been purchased which has been used extensively to relieve compaction and improve drainage with benefits being seen over the last winter when the course coped very well with the wet conditions.
The men's lockers and showers have been refurbished and so have the ladies showers and toilets. The club remains ambitious to continue to improve its facilities including the practice areas.
All this is coupled with a very warm welcome at the 19th in Elsham's fine clubhouse.
