“The people being referenced probably don't commit much in the way of antisocial behaviour on a freezing night, with a high visibility police presence and a camera crew. They are not stupid.”

“Does the widespread dealing in both open "public" areas and in and around the doorsteps of many properties in the East Marsh area no longer constitute an anti-social act???
Simply stand on the corner of Stanley street and Oxford street and witness for yourself people brazenly dealing Heroin and Crack cocaine either on foot or from cars. .
The Police are well aware of this yet year ofter year nothing seems to be done about it and yet more undesireables are herded into the area.
I know the problem is not entirely down to the Police as they do have limited powers etc but for Mr Beasant to claim triumphantly that anti-social behaviour is down in the area is a joke.”
