We didn't play hoof the ball and hope at all, the problem was we passed the ball too much and held onto it too long without really getting anywhere.
Players that tried to take on too many players and ultimately lost possession, also we let them keep their shape because we lacked a good final ball into the box, and no real width with very few crosses from Thomas or Hatton to threaten their keeper. And when we did get the ball in the box, again we tried one too many passes or it was too close to their keeper.
They were the real reasons, but certainly not Hoofball as you put it.
