Grimsby Town have secured their dream date at Wembley after a 0-0 draw with Dartford saw them progress to the FA Trophy final.
The Mariners only needed to avoid slipping up today after taking a 3-0 semi-final first leg cushion to Dartford. And a solid performance saw them comfortably through to the March final against Wrexham.

“WTG the "Mighty Mariners" , we will follow York in winning both the FA Trophy and Conference premier league winners. Id die if we followed wrexham and failed in the play offs, we need to cement top spot now as we can concentrate on the title with a few games before wembley We have a good squad now and more to arrive it appears and "our man Hearny" in the wings too, ill be at the match to watch town brush aside Ebbsfleet we cant be complacent against them as we fail so often with the "lowly " teams we need a few goals to separate us from the likes of Newport. I want the title sown up before we play them on the last game of the season . Up the mariners.”

“our last two performances have fallen short of previous offerings, we have not become a poor side over night I wonder if over training could be playing part in this and the players are spent, if you remember we fell away towards the end of last season are S&H pushing just a little to hard I hope im wrong.....”

“Got to agree with lincsmariner on this COOK and HANNAH without a doubt is a must S&H!!Broadie is good at what he does pesters and draws fouls for us but he is a booking or sending off waiting to happen,LJL needs a bit more time to settle in we have not got that time.Full steam ahead now for the league position as we have dropped to 4th place,need a good catch up starting tuesday night.Well done lads Wembley awaits us!!Also well done to our fans who travelled so far to support our lads,you all sounded very vocal and loud on the radio for 95minutes AWESOME!!utmm.”

“Great result but please, please, please put Cook and Hannah as the starting strikers.......performances have been poor to very poor and the common factor or change in this period has been the broken partnership of Cook and Hannah...... Brodie is a sending off waiting to happen and Lewis is all huff, puff and chasing about but no quality or end produce.......don't blow the great work and the great season so far S&H by not waking up and seeing the obvious.....Cook and Hannah please .......... Hannah must be wondering why everyone including the kit lady is getting a start in front if him.....”
