Fashion chain Republic 'set to call in administrators'
Youth fashion chain Republic, which has a store in Grimsby's Freshney Place, is reportedly set to call in administrators.
The media is reporting tonight that fears are growing for the chain, which is run from Leeds and employs more than 1,000 staff in about 120 branches nationwide.
It is reported to have appointed Ernst and Young to handle the administration.
It's chairman left the company last week.
