Festive fun on the green baize
TWO events are on the horizon as part of the Grimsby & District Snooker and Billiards League's ongoing centenary celebrations.
On Thursday, December 20, the league will be holding a fun pairs knockout at the Ray Edmonds Snooker Centre.
All entries will be drawn from a hat to form the pairings, which will be a handicap player partnering a scratch man.
The semi-finals and final will be held the following Thursday.
On Saturday, December 29, a fun challenge night will take place, also at the Ray Edmonds Snooker Centre.
There will be several fun snooker and billiards games.
