A selection of the finest producers from across the county will be giving shoppers a chance to experience traditional and unique products.
One of the specialist Lincolnshire companies showcasing it products will be Greendog Deli, of Hainton, near Lincoln. It offers a wide range of unique and unusual jams and chutneys.
Co-proprietor Paul Bennett says they specialise in seasonal products using only the best local produce.
He said: "All our jams have a very high fruit content and use only high-quality ingredients.
"We have some very unusual flavours, such as beetroot and orange chutney and sweet chilli jam, as well as the traditional varieties. You won't get anything like ours in the supermarket."
The Christmas market will be held from 3pm to 9pm on Thursday, November 22, and from 9am to 5pm on Friday, November 23.
And we, along with North East Lincolnshire Council and Freshney Place shopping centre are offering one member of the public the opportunity to turn on the Christmas lights and ride along side Santa in his sleigh receiving special VIP treatment.
Grimsby Telegraph editor Michelle Lalor is calling on readers to highlight the hard work of a local individual.
She said: "This is a fantastic opportunity for a worthy member of the community to play a key part in this exciting event. We're looking for nominations for people from all walks of life.
"Switching on Christmas lights is an honour usually reserved for celebrities, so the winner will be a real VIP for the night."
