TALK about being in the right place at the right time!
When proud mum, Marla Everett of Wintringham Road, Grimsby unexpectedly went into labour in the middle of the street, she couldn't believe her luck when she found herself outside the Raj Medical Centre in Laceby Road, Grimsby.

Marla and her boyfriend, Matthew Cartwright had been out on Thursday enjoying a spot of breakfast before spending the day preparing the nursery for their new arrival.
But unknown to mum and dad, their son would be coming sooner than they thought.
Marla said: "We had gone out for breakfast and then went to the Grange to Matthew's parents. I was experiencing pains but I just thought I needed to go to the toilet. My water hadn't broken either. Even Matthew's mum didn't think I was ready."
But as they waited for the bus home, the pains became longer and faster and Marla realised the baby was on his way and not waiting for anyone – least of all a bus.

Miles from home and knowing there was not enough time to get to the hospital, the couple started to panic.
But hope was literally around the corner when they spotted the Raj Medical Centre.
They hurried indoors and the receptionist raised the alarm with Dr Rakesh Pathak and Nurse Katey Sartain.
The doctor took one look at the mum-to-be and knew her baby was going to be born there and then.
