I know exactly what this is, it's the same each time they do it, I only know because I used to hike in the area around the research establishment. It's a very clever & tried & tested method they employ & nobody is any wiser. HGV's are the chosen method as Chinook Heavy lift helicopters attract too much attention & if one was to crash then they'd never be able to cover it up. This programme was started in the late 1970's and what you are seeing now is an upgrade to the system from the old English HXSD to the HXPD2 American standard. I wouldn't worry about it as it is deep underground
& accidents are few & far between since they lost a whole village in the Vikunuor region in 1981.
