Grimsby Town: Mariners complete signing of Sam Hatton
GRIMSBY TOWN have today completed the signing of former AFC Wimbledon defender Sam Hatton on a two-year deal.
Hatton, who played over 40 League Two games for the Dons last season, was an integral part of three of the club’s promotion-winning sides, including that which secured Wimbledon’s promotion to the Football League in 2011 – a season which saw Hatton named as the supporter’s player of the year.
He becomes the Mariner’s third signing of the summer, following the capture of former Barrow forward Andy Cook and winger Joe Colbeck.
