Grimsby Town: Newport to open ticket office to travelling Town fans
NEWPORT County have announced that they will now open their ticket office for match day sales to travelling Grimsby Town supporters for tomorrow's clash.
The game had originally been designated as 'ticket only' but, with just over 200 tickets of the Mariners' allocation of 400 sold, the Welsh club have now taken the decision to open the ticket office to fans who arrive on the day.
Steve Wraith, accounts manager at GTFC, said: "The capacity for the away end at the Rodney Parade is 589, so there shouldn't be a problem paying on the day. We apologise to any fan who has been inconvenienced in getting tickets for the game."
