Former Grimsby Town boss Alan Buckley among guests at Cleethorpes Town Sportsman's Dinner
FORMER Grimsby Town manager Alan Buckley will be among the guests at Cleethorpes Town’s latest Sportsman’s Dinner.
The event, which takes place from 7.30pm tonight at the Linden Homes Club, will also include appearances from former Mariners stars such as John McDermott, Dave Moore, John Frazer, Tommy Watson, Gary Childs, and Gary Croft.

Popular comedian Jimmy Carroll will also be performing.
A range of footballing memorabilia will be up for grabs in a special auction to raise money for the club, including a shirt and boots signed by Lionel Messi and tickets to watch Manchester United and Liverpool games.

Dave Mann, vice-chairman at Cleethorpes Town, said: “The last Sportsman’s Dinner was a complete success and we are expecting another fantastic turnout tonight.
“Dean Windass was the main guest at the last event last year and was a tremendous well received – this one should be even better!”
