Tom Naylor has joined Grimsby Town on loan from Derby County.
He is not eligible to play in tomorrow's FA Trophy semi-final second leg with Dartford because he was not registered before the first meeting with the Darts.
Naylor, who most recently spent a loan spell at Bradford City, could make his Mariners debut at home to Ebbsfleet on Tuesday.

“Very good signing, I too was very apprehensive when S&H got the job but they seem to have put together a very strong squad who actually want to play and do well for GTFC rather than the bunch of egotistic journey men we have had over recent seasons. Just to echo Westie68's sentiments, good luck to everyone on the team bus to Dartford tomorrow and to all the fans heading down there make some noise for the lads and hope come 4:45 tomorrow we are all celebrating another trip to Wembley. “We have to give Disley a hand in the middle of the park.”

“This could be a great bit of business to help GTFC get the promotion back to the Football League. He has some good reviews, & the managers tried to play it down in case Luton decided to try and poach another play.
I now think we have got cover all around the park and will help in the hectic run in to the season.
Thanks to Mr Clough junior for letting this guy come to Grimsby as he is rated highly at Derby.
So lets get a result tomorrow & then back on the league campaign on Tuesday against Ebbsfleet.
I initially was not a fan of the managers when they first joined, but have to say they have impressed me this season and seem to be able to spot / attract good players.
So lets get down to BP next tuesday and back the team. We know people will turn up for Wembley but they need the support every match.
Good luck to all the players tomorrow & hope we are looking forward to a trip to Wembley in March.
UTM”
