Head coach, Nikki Wright, said: "I am really proud of all the girls.

"They have worked hard and deserve their success. We had experienced gymnasts competing and winning gold medals – but we also had some of our younger gymnasts competing for the first time."

The club has been established for more than 40 years and continues to go from strength to strength.

The aim is to move to new, bigger premises in the future, enabling it to continue to move forward and also to accommodate even more gymnasts, both boys and girls.

Wright added: "We are always looking for volunteers or sponsors so, if anybody is interested, even if you only have a couple of hours a week to spare, we would love to see you".

If you are interested in joining the club, or want to find out more, contact Nikki, Kate or Linda on k.storr@ntlworld.com or (01472) 811498 or 07810 871074 after 6.30pm. Visits to the club, which is situated on Wilton Road, Humberston, are always welcome.
