“I guess Stagecoach aren't happy that their busses coming over Deansgate bridge and hurtling down the hill have to stop. That's if they don't allready run the red lights. I see so many doing just that.”

“The pedestrian crossing by the Yarborough Hotel is on the main pedestrian route to the railway station. Anyone arriving by bus, or coming from the Victoria Street direction, needs to cross there. What are the arguments for the removal of the crossing?”

“Also.....
It would help if they put pedestrian lights on the crossing from the Pier to the Market Place in Cleethorpes
Cars backed up on Isaacs Hill - Grimsby road and Cleethorpe road
Get the visiters in the town to spend their brass!
They are not enjoying the resort sitting in their cars after a long journey”

“Why are pedestrians being penalised in a very busy area of the town, unless the council are going to install pedestrian bridges in place of these crossings. A more sensible idea would be to make Bethlehem Street area one way traffic. All buses could travel down Fredrick Ward way to the bus station. Even after consultation with the public, very few of the public are listened to and Corporate idea's always take precedence, that is why the traffic system in Grimsby is so Chaotic.”

“If that's the one near the White Hart, it's bad news for pedestrians. What they should do is get the light syncs sorted out. Some of those crossings change for no apparent reason.”
