Grimsby vs Luton: Mariners sink Hatters
Grimsby extended their unbeaten run in the Blue Square Bet Premier to eight matches with a 4-1 home win over Luton.
First-half goals from Joe Colbeck, Andy Cook and the on loan Ross Hannah, on his debut, put Grimsby firmly in control at half-time.
It got worse for Luton with Dean Beckwith's own goal midway through the second half before Scott Rendell managed a consolation strike for the Hatters.
The Mariners replaced Luton in fifth place in the table with the victory. Meanwhile, Paul Buckle's side are without a win in their last three league games.

Colbeck put Grimsby ahead after just eight minutes with a close-range finish.
Janos Kovacs and Rendell tried to bring Luton level but their headed efforts either side of the half hour mark went wide of the target.
Cook showed them both how it was done in the 40th minute, heading home Nathan Pond's cross.
Two debutants combined for the third goal two minutes later. Scott Neilson, on loan from Crawley, set up Hannah and the Bradford striker fired a shot into the bottom right-hand corner from the edge of the box.
Luton tried to get back into the game in the second half but never troubled home goalkeeper James McKeown.
Indeed, his opposite number Mark Tyler had to save from Colbeck on the hour. But there was little he could do to prevent Beckwith's 71st minute own goal.
Rendell finished well from 12 yards out five minutes later but it was far too little too late for the Hatters.
