Humberston Parish Council refuses to endorse plan for 400 homes - again
HUMBERSTON Village Parish Council (HVPC) voted to recommend refusing an application to build 400 homes in Humberston tonight – for the second time.
There was only ever going to be one headline issue at the meeting and there was only ever going to be one answer – no.
Tonight, at Wendover Hall, residents were allowed to speak out against the Keystone Developments proposal before parish councillors decided whether or not to approve it.
The parish councillor then voted unanimously to recommend that North East Lincolnshire Council reject the plan.
