recruitment: An entrepreneur has invested in the region's youth to grow his workforce for the future.

Two new apprentices have been recruited to help with the expansion of Halltech Energy Partnership, which offers businesses the opportunity to save on power costs and generate additional revenue through an innovative service.

Managing director Alex Hall recruited the two electrical apprentices, Jack Shields and Rob Morley, of Humberside Engineering Training Association (Heta).

He said: "Hall Tech has a history of taking on apprentices and we were happy to enter into partnership with Heta and take on both Jack and Rob.
