A spokesman for the Auditorium said: "Over the past ten years, Jimmy has deservedly earned his place amongst the very best of British comics.
"Everybody over the age of 16 is welcome.
"Just leave your conscience, sense of common decency and moral compass at home and come on out for a laugh."
Despite a little set-back over tax avoidance, it's been an otherwise stellar year for the quick-witted comic.
He's co-hosted the second series of satirical magazine show 10 O'Clock Live; hosted the eleventh and twelfth series of 8 Out Of 10 Cats and released his seventh live stand-up DVD, Being Funny.
He's also got plenty of experience in handling live anything the audience has to throw at him, having played to more than 1.2 million people on his live tours.
And his efforts have earned him a British Comedy Award for Best Live Stand Up Tour, a Loaded LAFTA Award for Best Stand-Up and a Perrier Award nomination.
