WHAT do you have to lose?

Friends Kerry Spence, Jan Waite and Caroline Lomas have come together to set up the Community Weight Loss Challenge within North East Lincolnshire.
It is a course which can run for four, eight or 12 weeks, depending on a person's preference and essentially centres around nutritional information.

For Caroline, 38, of North Kelsey, this new project is something she believes anyone can get involved in.
The independent fitness instructor said: "The Community Weight Loss Challenge is a national course but we found none to be running in North and North East Lincolnshire.
"We have run the four-week Drop A Dress Size challenge in the past and people taking part have seen some great results.
"Our courses do not include exercise classes, instead we offer advice and guidance on how to break old habits and create new ones, so that people can maintain the weight they are happy with.
"We take people back to the basics to understand how food and lifestyle affects weight, health and energy.
"Eating little and often is the key to help boost the metabolism."
The various courses which are now available to attend, will take place every Wednesday at:
Millfields Hotel, Bargate Grimsby, from 9.30am.
Waltham Church Hall from 1pm.
Tollbar Academy, Station Road, New Waltham, from 6.15pm.
A four-week course costs £15 or if people want to stay on longer then a 12-week course is £39.
Kerry, 42, also an independent fitness instructor, says both she and her husband have lost three stone by following the same guidance she will deliver on the course.
She continued: "We will help people lay the foundations for the rest of their life so that they are back in control of how they look and feel.
The course provides full body composition analysis, nutrition, education and a weekly weigh-in.
"There is no diet imposed, our information is all about looking at what you eat and not cutting things out.
"People are welcome to come and trial a session before signing up. And to give them that extra incentive to stay and lose the weight, the biggest loser on each course will receive a cash prize at the end."
