Grimsby swimmer Kate Haywood reflects on her Delhi success
GRIMSBY'S Kate Haywood has vowed to take a well-earned rest after bringing the curtain down on her Commonwealth Games campaign with yet another medal.
The 23-year-old already had 50m and 100m breaststroke bronze medals to declare at customs and added 4x100m medley relay silver to that collection on the final night of swimming action.

TRIPLE MEDALLIST: England's Kate Haywood in action in Delhi at the Commonwealth Games, where she won three medals.
Haywood claimed European 4x100m medley relay gold as Britain in August and, with Ellen Gandy coming in for Amy Smith, they couldn't repeat the trick for England.
The former Louth Dolphin saw the second leg in 1:08.43minutes as England clocked 4:00.09, around three seconds away from Australia, who predictably topped the podium.
And having swum nearly ten times in the pool at the Dr SP Mukherjee Swimming Stadium, Haywood said it is about time she took a break.
"This silver is right up there with the others," said Haywood – who will relocate from her training base in Loughborough to Melbourne in the coming weeks.
"We knew going in there it was going to be really tough to get gold because Australia are so strong. We gave it a good shot and we can be pleased with our efforts.
"It is different in the relay because you have all your friends with you and that makes it really fun. It is not all just about you. It is far more enjoyable in a way because you share each other's success.
"It was tough race and it was hard work in there. This week has taken it out of me a bit and I feel a bit sick now and I feel I could do with rest.
"I didn't expect I would be leaving with three medals at all and now I can go over to Australia and train with some of the world's best breaststrokers and get better."
