League pays tribute to popular cueman Keith
THE Grimsby & District Billiards and Snooker League has paid tribute to the passing of Keith Pulford, who died on Christmas Eve.
Pulford was an active all-round member of the league, playing in the snooker singles, snooker doubles and billiards competitions.

He competed for Birds Eye and, more recently, the Blossom Way Club, Immingham.
He joined the league's committee as knock-out secretary and went on to become treasurer – only to be denied his full potential by serious illness.

On behalf of the league, Dave Webster said: "Keith will be sadly missed by his many friends. To his wife Valerie, and his three children, we offer the league's condolences."
His funeral will take place at 11am at Grimsby Crematorium, on Tuesday, January 8.
