Former Louth mayor dies at home
FORMER Mayor of Louth, Councillor Clive Finch has died at home aged 77 years.
He died in his sleep at his home in North Somercotes and was discovered by his wife, Cllr Mary Finch, on Sunday morning.

Current Louth Mayor, Cllr Keith Sharp has led the tributes to a long-serving town councillor and district councillor for North Holme Louth.
He had attended the last town council meeting last Tuesday and was preparing to attend council meetings this week.
He also served a term on Lincolnshire County Council for Louth North for the Liberal Democrats.
Cllr Sharp said: “Clive had been a member of Louth Town Council since being elected as a councillor for North Holme Ward in 1987. He was Mayor of Louth in 1994.
“He was a very active member of Louth town council and worked hard for the residents of Louth.
“He will be greatly missed. Our thoughts and condolences go out to Mary, his family and to his friends and colleagues at this difficult time.”
