It's A Knockout event organiser Clive Genney, front, with Grimsby Town FC commercial manager Dave Smith, left, and members of the Humberston North Sea Lions Club, from left, president Jackie Chalkley, Paul Christoffersen, Rosie Donovan and Tim Donovan.
As reported, the event, which will be held at Blundell Park on Sunday May 16, uses the original costumes from the vintage hit game show.
Organiser Clive Genney said: "We want 38 teams. Some people have already signed up who have done it before.
"As always, the event is supporting St Andrew's Children's Hospice. In the last three years, we have raised £60,000 for them and £20,000 for other charities including the Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital, The Disability Sports Forum and the Bottoms Up Appeal.
"This year, we hope the total raised since starting It's A Knockout will break through the £100,000 mark."
