“A long stint in Afghanistan mugging the Taliban should sort these total scumbags out......if they ever came back. If they didn't then who cares ? I doubt they contribute to society in any way so whats the loss ?”

“Whilst I agree that punishments need to be firmer and more consistent, this isn't just the fault of a lenient judicial system. This is a result of the lowering standards of parenting and the lack of community spirit that has disappeared throughout this country. People turn the other cheek or simply aren't bothered about what happens to their neighbours. It's as if each household has become independent from the rest of the world.
We need to take more responsibility for our own children, our own streets, and let it be made clear when the actions of our neighbours and fellow residents of NE Lincs is totally unacceptable.”

“there are suposed to be cctv down there, probably not in use,it might be a good idea to ask all the "law abiding"boy racers what they know ,I was once shot at down there, and rang the police who said they would send someone when they have a unit free,so I said ,right Im off for a pint to calm down and if it doesnt work Im getting a big piece of would and Im going to start smashing headlights and windows on the vehicles that were parked round were the missile came from, the police said if I did that I would be in trouble ....but what if a unit was not free,Oh there will be ...lazy I call it”

“What a dump this country has become and sadly this place is no different to anywhere else.
This is the result of the let's be nice it's not their fault do-gooders.
We need to bring back punishment that makes people think again after thinking twice. Three meals a day, washing and ironing done, centrally heated accommodation and then playstations and surfing and all at our expense, is really frightening.
Bring back corporal punishment and the rope.”

“Typical scum bags here in Cleethorpes/Grimsby. News like this never surprises me any more as the yobs think it's acceptable to hurt innocent people for no apparent reason. Complete disgrace!!”
