Man snatches cash from till at Grimsby store
A man knocked a customer over as he ran out of a Grimsby store on Tuesday after stealing a fistful of cash from a till.
The incident took place at around 6pm in the Ramsdens store in Cleethorpe Road, shortly after the suspect had entered the shop and paid for an item at the till. He then returned to the same till and was waiting behind a customer when he leaned over the counter and grabbed the money.
The man he knocked over as he made his escape was uninjured.
The suspect is described as white, aged in his late 30s to early 40s, 5ft 9ins tall, slim build, with short dark hair. He was wearing a blue jumper and blue shorts.
