Martial artists kick on in the fight against cancer
FUDOSHIN Karate has been in the pink this month to help in the ongoing fight against cancer.
Throughout October, as part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, members and instructors at the club have been wearing pink karate belts to raise awareness and funds to help defeat the disease.

John McLauchlan, chief instructor at the club, which is based at Toll Bar Academy in New Waltham, added: "Fudoshin Karate is all about developing our members' potential.
"One area includes getting fit and getting the most out of life through proper diet and exercise.
