CONFUSION: Consumers are real victims of the horsemeat scandal.

The unexpected will always happen. The events can often be the responsibility of some outside agency but however powerless ministers are on any given issue the buck will always stop with them.

“Is he for real. That seems to me to be somewhat evasive on the issue, oh, and why is it being described as events? Will it be described as events if we eat larry the lamb or babe the pig?”
