THE wheels are in motion for a career in showbiz for one glamorous Grimsby star who has been inundated with TV offers after appearing on Channel 4's Coach Trip.

Former Franklin College student Nicki Wilson is preparing for tongues in the town to start wagging when she makes her small screen debut on Bank Holiday Monday after spending almost six weeks stuck on a tour bus travelling around Europe.

Millions around the country are expected to tune in to see the outgoing 23-year-old from Wybers Wood take part in a range of weird, wacky and just plain bizarre capers – from bungee jumping in Sweden to being caught in the buff by Brendan, the show's host.

TV and magazine offers have been flying in for Nicki and her partner in crime from Lincoln university, Amanda Hone, despite the fact that their memorable performance has not even aired yet.

Read more about the trip and the show in today's Grimsby Telegraph.
