Morgan's men bid to fend off rivals
TWO wicketkeepers will be gunning for an individual milestone as well as guiding their team to victory when Grimsby Town CC visit Lindum tomorrow.
The two sides lock horns as their battle for sixth spot in the Readers Lincolnshire ECB Premier League continues on the penultimate weekend of the campaign.
The Lincoln side have an eight-point advantage over Jim Morgan's Grimsby team.
Morgan is currently the league's top wicketkeeper, two dismissals ahead of Lindum's Richard Bishop. Also, Grimsby's Harry Warwick has topped 500 runs for the season and Carl Taylor needs one more victim to reach 30 wickets.
